How to watch on your TV

We have our own Android and iOS Apps which you can find in the App stores by searching for Spedeworth TV. We also have Apps for Amazon Firestick and Roku.

To cast the videos from the phone Apps to your TV, Google Chromecast or Apple Airplay is used. Some newer TVs have these built in. Some new TVs have Android TV built in, there is a version of our App available there.

Alternatively a Google Chromecast dongle, which plugs into the HDMI socket of any TV, even non Smart ones, will enable you to achieve this with most phones. They cost around £35, are available widely online and will enable you to cast many other services as well. With a Chromecast your phone only controls what you watch, your household Broadband service supplies the data for the actual video.

Unfortunately most TV Web Browsers will not display our service correctly, it is better to use any of the methods above. You can also Screen Mirror from your phone but this will produce an inferior picture.
